摘要
目的探讨药学监控及干预在促进中成药注射剂静滴使用合理化、减少ADR发生中的意义。方法收集本院2012年1月~2013年4月中成药注射剂滴速监控数据,以4个月为一阶段,分4个阶段,第一阶段监控但未干预,后三阶段分别采取相应的药学干预,比较各阶段的中成药注射剂滴速符合率及ADR发生情况。结果实施干预后中成药注射剂的滴速合理性有显著提高,符合率由干预前的48.97%升高至干预后的98.23%,中成药注射剂引致的ADR明显减少,其构成比由干预前的71.43%降为干预后的0%。结论对中成药注射剂滴速监控并实行药学干预对于促进其合理使用、提高疗效、减少ADR发生、保证用药安全性具有重要的意义。
Objective To study the meaning of Pharmacy intervention in promoting rationalization drip velocity of Chinese Patent Medicine Injection(CPMI) ,reduce adrs occurred. Methods Collect the using ease of CPMI from January 2012 to April 2013 in our hospital, 4months for a stage, the first phase of monitoring but didn't inter- vene, three stages respectively take corresponding pharmaceutical intervention, after comparing the phase of the CPMI coincidence rate and ADR occurrence. Results After the intervention drip velocity rationality of CPMI has remark- ably increased from 48. 97% to 98. 23%, the constituent ratio of CPMI's ADR decrease from 71.43% to 0%. Con- elusion Pharmacy intervention on drip velocity of CPMI can promote the rational use and improve clinical curative effect, reduce the adrs occurred, ensure medication safety is of great significance.
