摘要
早产不仅影响儿童的生命和生存质量,还给家庭、社会和医疗卫生系统带来不可忽视的经济负担.早期干预是预防和减轻早产对个体及社会不利影响的有效的途径,其主要措施包括针对早产儿的治疗性发育训练,以及针对早产儿父母的社会心理支持和教育培训.该文就近几年国内外早期干预改善早产儿发育结局的现况进行综述.
Preterm birth is the main factor affecting the lives and quality of life for premature infants, which is also the main cause for a large economic burden on family, society and medical system. It has been confirmed that the bad neurodevelopment outcome can be effectively prevented by early intervention programs, which are including therapeutic developmental interventions targeting the infants, as well as psychosocial support and education for parents. This review summarizes early intervention programs for improving development out- come in recent years.
