摘要
衰老有生理性和病理性,是老年疾病的主要因素,常与肿瘤伴发。气血是构成和维持人体生命活动的两大类基本物质,是人体脏腑经络等组织器官进行生理活动的物质基础。气血之间,气为血帅,血为气母。气血两虚不能濡养全身脏腑组织或器官而引起全身脏器功能衰退,气虚血少,瘀血内阻,新血不生,加重虚损,形成"虚瘀致衰"。元气虚衰是导致人体衰老的主要原因之一。气虚则血液滞留,血少则血流不畅,均易导致血瘀形成,即因虚致瘀,形成血液黏稠、血栓形成等,瘀血日久,干着某处,或留或积,形成癥瘕积聚,肿大成块,留居一处而不散,产生"虚瘀致瘤"。文章从衰老的表现和肿瘤的形成与临床研究,认为气血的虚少和运行迟滞是导致衰老加速和肿瘤产生的主要原因。
Caducity includes physiological and pathological caducity, it is the main factor of age-related disease, which often associates with tumor. Qi and blood are the essential elements to constitute and maintain human activities, and they are the material basis of Zang and Fu, meridians and collaterals. Between qi and blood, qi is the commander of blood, blood is the mother of qi. Qi and blood deficiency can not nourish the body organs and tissues, leading to decline of systemic organ function. The less of qi and blood can lead blood stasis which will cause new blood no living, aggravating the deficiency. So the formation of ＇caducity induced by deficiency and stasis＇. Yuan qi deficiency is the cause of human aging. Qi deficiency and blood stagnation can easily lead to the formation of blood stasis. That is because of deficiency and blood stasis. The long term of blood stasis can cause blood dry, and it may stay or backup somewhere. The blood stay may cause the formation of abdominal mass swollen, which is the reason of ＇tumor induced by deficiency and stasis＇. From the manifestation of senescence and tumor formation and clinical study, it is thought that the deficiency of qi and blood and circulation delay leads to senescence acceleration and tumors.
