摘要
对成都市500名在校大学生就学习目标取向对择业效能感的影响进行随机问卷调查,对所得数据进行统计软件处理,结果表明:大学生学习目标取向与择业效能感有显著的正向关系,学习目标取向与择业效能感中的"规划制定"和"信息收集"维度相关性最大;领悟社会支持在此关系中起到了调节作用。因此,应加强大学生学习目标取向、良好的人际关系和大学生团队合作精神的培养,以提高大学生处理社会关系的技能和团队协作能力,这对大学生今后择业、就业会产生积极的影响。
The authors have surveyed 500 students in the universities in Chengdu, used SPSS18.0 and AMOS17.0 software for data processing to investigate the effect of learning-goal orientation on career decision-making self-efficacy, and drawn the following conclusions from the data collected: the learning- goal orientation has a positive effect on the career decision-making self-efficacy and the correlation between learning-goal orientation and planning of career decision-making self-efficacy is significant. Meanwhile, the correlation between learning-goal orientation and information gathering for career decision-making self-efficacy is also very significant; perceived social support moderates the effect of learning-goal orientation on career decision-making self-efficacy. In-depth understanding of the factors which influence the students' career decision-making self-efficacy is very important to the university students' careers and employment.
