摘要
报道了酮洛芬脂质体的含量测定方法 ,即通过纸色谱法分离药物与脂质体膜材后 ,采用紫外分光光度法测定主药含量 .酮洛芬在 3～ 8mg/mL范围内与吸收度成线性关系 (r =0 9998) ;日内相对标准偏差在 0 46 %以内 (n =5 ) ,日间相对标准偏差在 1 6 %以内 (n =5 ) ;平均回收率为99 6 % (RSD =0 97% ) .
A method was developed to determine ketoprofen in liposomes by the paperchromatography-UV spectrophotometry.The calibiation curve was linear in the range from \{3～8 mg/mL\}(\%r=\%\{0 999 8\}).The within-day and day-to-day relative standard deviations were less than 0 46%( n =5) and 1 6%( n =5)respectively and the average recovery of ketoprofen was 99 6%( RSD =0 97%).
