摘要
目的 :以丹参酮ⅡA 的含量为指标 ,研究抗痴呆胶囊醇提工艺。方法 :采用均匀设计法对抗痴呆胶囊醇提工艺进行考察 ,用HPLC法测定丹参酮ⅡA 的含量。结果 :采用 95 %的乙醇 ,固液比例 1∶12 ,浸泡 2 4h ,回流时间 30min ,重复 2次所得到的丹参酮ⅡA 的含量高。结论 :此工艺对丹参酮ⅡA 的提取高 ,稳定性好 ,适合工业化生产。
Objective: To study the alcohol extraction process for Anti Dementia Capsules in tanshinone Ⅱ A as a marker. Methods: The alcohol extraction process for anti Dementia Capsules was studied with the method of uniform design. The content of tanshinone Ⅱ A was determined by HPLC. Results: The content of tanshinone Ⅱ A was the highest when the following extraction condition was used: extracting with 95% alcohol (the proportion of solid to liquid was 1∶12), infusing medical materials for 24h and refluxing for 30min. The process was repeated twice. Conclusion: The content of tanshinone Ⅱ A is high and its stability is good when this extraction process is used. This extraction process is suitable for industrial production.
