摘要
随着发动机电控技术的日渐强大,控制参数不断增多,标定工作量成指数增加,对电控柴油机标定技术提出了更高的要求,标定系统也随之得到更快的发展。本文介绍了电控柴油机标定系统的基本功能,分析了目前国外典型的几种标定系统的主要特点,阐述了国内标定系统开发现状,认为通信速度快、通用性强、自动化程度高将是标定系统发展的方向。
With more powerful engine electronic controlled technology ,constantly increased con- trolled parameters and exponentially increased calibration workload, the technology of the calibration of diesel engine is put forward with higher technology. So calibration system has been widely devel- oped. It briefly introduces the basic function of the calibration system of electronically controlled diesel engine, then analyses of several typical foreign calibration systems and their main characteris- tics, and elaborates the domestic research status of the calibration system. Then it is deemed that faster communication speed, stronger versatility and higher degree of automation are the direction of devel- opment of calibration system.
