摘要
采用生长习性不同的蚕豆材料9913-2-1-2(有限型)和青海12号(无限型)为试材,通过正反杂交及回交,构建F1、F2和BC1代群体材料,于成熟期观测子代的生长习性,鉴定其生长型分离情况。结果表明,蚕豆有限生长习性对无限生长为隐性,并受1对隐性核基因控制。
To determine inheritance of growth habit in broad bean (Vicia faba L. ) line 9913-2-1-2, F1, F2 and BC1 progenies derived from Qinghai 12 5〈 9913-2-1-2 cross were used to investigate the growth habit during maturity stage. The results indicated that determinate growth habit in broad bean is recessive to indeterminate habit, and controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene.
