摘要
文章通过对南昌西站Y型铸钢相贯节点的足尺模型试验和数值模拟分析,研究了在双向弯矩和轴力作用下的铸钢相贯节点的受力性能;利用节点足尺模型试验所测应力值与有限元模拟结果进行对比验证,得到了节点的应力分布;分析了中央雨水管对节点承载力以及弯矩对节点极限轴力的影响,并利用Von Mises屈服准则对铸钢节点进行安全性评估。结果表明:数值模拟结果可靠,铸钢节点在试验荷载作用下具有较高的安全储备,中央雨水管的存在对Y型节点的承载力影响不大,而弯矩对节点的极限轴力则有较大影响。
Through the full-scale test and finite element analysis of Y-type cast-steel joint in west Nan- chang Railway Station, the stress performance of cast-steel joint under the two-way bending moment and axial force was studied. The stress values obtained by full-scale test were compared with those by finite element analysis to determine the stress distribution of the joint. The effect of central rainwater pipes on the bearing capacity of the joint and the effect of the bearing moment on the ultimate axial force of the joint were analyzed. The safety of the cast-steel joint was evaluated by using Von Mises yield criterion. It is shown that the results of the numerical simulation are reliable and the cast-steel joint has high safety under testing load. The presence of central rainwater pipe has little effect on the bearing capacity of the Y-type joint, but the bending moment has a great effect on the ultimate axial force of the joint.
