摘要
文章对新杭州火车东站无站台柱风雨棚板式铸钢节点进行了足尺模型试验和数值分析,研究了在4方向支管轴向力作用下的板式铸钢节点的受力性能。利用铸钢节点应力实测值对数值分析结果进行验证,据此判断铸钢节点内部应力分布;比较了中央有、无圆形雨水管2种铸钢节点的承载力差异,并选择屈服准则评估铸钢节点的承载安全性。试验结果表明:数值分析结果可信;中央雨水管对铸钢节点承载力影响较小;利用Von-Mises准则对铸钢进行节点承载安全性评估,铸钢节点有较高的强度储备。
Through the full-scale test and finite elemem analysis, the mechanical performance of the plate cast- steel joint used in canopy without pillars on the platform in New Hangzhou East Railway Station was re- searched under axial forces of four directions. By comparing the calculated surface stresses with those obtained from the experiment, the whole stress distribution of the cast-steel joims was got. The bearing capacity of cast-steel joint with central circular rainwater pipe was compared with that wthout central circular rainwater pipe and the bearing safety was evaluated by the yield criterion. It is shown that the joint bearing capacity does not depend on the central basis. The bearing safety of cast-steel joint was evaluated by the Von-Mises criterion. The research results show that the bearing capacity of cast-steel joint is high.
