摘要
侵蚀性葡萄胎的先行妊娠多为葡萄胎,潜伏期多在6个月以内,具有恶性肿瘤的行为,但恶性程度不高。因侵入肌层的绒毛继续发展可突破子宫肌壁及其血管,造成腹腔内大出血,故该类患者在发生急腹症时需与其他腹腔内出血鉴别。
The initial pregnancy of the invasive mole is mostly a hydatidiform mole and the latency period is generally within six months.It has a behavior of malignant tumor,but the degree of malignancy is not high.Due to continued de-velopment of the villi myometrial invasion can break the uterine muscle wall and its blood vessels,resulting in intra- abdominal bleeding,so these patients need to identify with the other abdominal cavity hemorrhage in the event of acute abdomen.
