摘要
总结历代医案中月经类四诊信息的4109种不同描述,依据逻辑学的划分原则和科技术语的约定,得到7种属性和月经类症状单元20个。与西医学的阴道出血、闭经比较,发现了中医特有的月经类症状单元,和值得借鉴的西医学研究成果。
Summarizing 4109 descriptions on the clinical manifestation of menses in the reports of the past dynasties,7 attributes were obtained,according to the logic classification.20 symptom units were confirmed.Comparing with the colporrhagia and amenorrhea in the Western medicine,unique symptom units in Chinese medicine were found.Furthermore,some conclusions in the Western medicine were worth studying.
