大蒜活性成分与硫化氢的关系研究 被引量:6

摘要 大蒜为多年生百合科葱属植物蒜(Allium Sativum L.)的地下鳞茎,在世界各地的使用已有几百年的历史,大蒜的抗真菌、抗细菌和抗病毒的特性早已为人熟知。现代研究发现大蒜对死亡率最高的心脑血管疾病及肿瘤等有防治功效,多个学科从不同角度用现代的方法研究这一古老的药食兼用植物。
