含羰基钴聚醚功能化离子液体合成及其对1-(4-异丁基苯基)乙醇氢酯基化的作用 被引量:1

A Novel Polyether Functionalized Ionic Liquid Containing Carbonyl Cobalt:Synthesis and Application in Hydroesterification of 1-(4-Isobutylphenyl)ethanol

摘要 采用氯代1-丁基-3-聚乙二醇咪唑[H(OCH2CH2)n bim]Cl和四羰基钴钾KCo-(CO)4离子交换反应合成含羰基钴聚醚咪唑类功能化离子液体1-丁基-3-聚乙二醇咪唑四羰基钴{[H(OCH2CH2)n bim]Co(CO)4},并将其应用于催化1-(4-异丁基苯基)乙醇(IBPE)氢酯基化反应制备2-(4-异丁基苯基)丙酸甲酯,对催化剂进行了红外光谱结构确定并提出了可能的催化反应机理。结果表明,在反应温度130℃、一氧化碳压力6.0MPa、反应时间为16h、咪唑为促进剂、丁酮为溶剂的较佳反应条件下,IBPE的转化率达到100%,2-(4-异丁基苯基)丙酸甲酯的选择性为54%。催化剂重复使用5次,催化活性没有明显的降低。 A novel polyether functionalized ionic liquid containing carbonyl cobalt, 1-butyl-3- polyethylene glycol-yl imidazole cobalt tetracarbonyl { [ H (OCH2 CH2 )n bim] Co (CO) 4 }, was prepared by ion exchange reaction between [-H(OCH2CH2)nbim]Cl and KCo(CO)4 and characterized by FT-IR. The obtained ionic liquid was used as catalyst in hydroesterification of 1- (4-isobutylphenyl) ethanol (IBPE) to produce 2-(4-isobutylphenyl) methyl propionate, and a possible reaction mechanism was proposed. The obtained optimum conditions were using imid- azole as promoter and butanone as solvent, CO pressure 6.0 MPa, reaction temperature 130 ℃ and time16h. Under above conditions, the conversion of IBPE was 100% and the selectivity of 2-(4-isobutylphenyl) methyl propionate was 54 %. The catalyst could be reused five times with no obvious decrease in catalytic activity.
