摘要
从团队整合的视角构建并检验了授权型领导、社会整合、知识整合与团队绩效之间的内在联系。实证结果表明,授权型领导对团队绩效具有显著正向影响,社会整合和知识整合在其中发挥中介作用。
This paper develops an integrated theoretical framework depicting the internal relationship among empowering leadership, social integration, knowledge integration, and team performance. The result shows that empowering leadership is significantly positive related to team performance, as mediated by both social integration and knowledge integration.
