摘要
以8 mL钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶水热法制备二氧化钛,亚甲基蓝溶液为降解对象进行光催化研究,考察了水量、乙醇量、冰醋酸量、凝胶温度和pH值对光催化性能的影响。结果表明,水2.5 mL、乙醇28 mL、冰醋酸2 mL、凝胶温度40℃、pH值为2条件下制得的0.5 g二氧化钛对100 mL10 mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液降解率可以达到98.7%。
Using 8 mL tetrabutyl titanate as precursor and C19H42BrN as template,titanium dioxide was prepared by sol-gel hydrothermal method. Methylene solution for the degradation of target to carry on photocatalytic studied,the effects of the amount of water ethanol,acetic acid,pH value and gelatum temperature on photocatalytic performance were investigated. The best experimental condition of preparing titanium dioxide by sol-gel hydrothermal method is that the amount of water is 2. 5 mL,ethanol 28 mL,acetic acid 2 mL,the gelatum temperature 40 ℃ and pH value 2. The degradation rate of 0. 5 g titanium dioxide on 100 mL 10 mg/L of methylene blue solution can reach 98. 7%.
