摘要
基于旋转机械设备振动检测的便携性并兼顾多路信号同步采样的需求,设计了一套多通道且实时性较好的振动信号分析仪。对分析仪系统构架及数据采集原理作了详细说明。数据采集单元采用处理器LPC1768和AD器件ADS8365为主要器件,对AD电路、处理器电路、信号调理电路、键相整形电路和共享内存电路作了详细论述。所设计开发的便携式振动信号分析仪在工业现场得到了很好应用,实时性和采样精度均能满足工业现场对旋转机械进行故障检测和诊断的需求。
Based on the requirements of rotating machinery equipment vibration detection for portability and muhi- channel signal synchronous sampling,A multi-channel vibration signal analyzer with good real-time performance was designed. The analyzer system architecture ,and the principles of data acquisition was illustrated in detail. Data ac- quisition unit uses processor LPC1768 and AD devices ADS8365 as the main device,the AD circuit,processor cir- cuit,signal modulation circuit,shaping circuit of the key phase and shared memory circuit was discussed in detail. The designed portable vibration signal analyzer has been used in industrial site and the real time capability and power spectrum estimation quality can meet the demand of fault detection and diagnosis of rotating machinery in in- dustrial site.
