摘要
针对以往专用数控系统无法进行实时的测试和监控、现场维护性很差的现状,通过将蓝牙技术应用于数控系统,实现了数控加工时现场数据的实时可维护性和蓝牙无线在线监控。提出了实时可维护数控系统的概念并予以实现。
Aiming at the process of testing,supervising and controlling belonging to the special CNC system,which has a poor condition on the scene maintenance,using Bluetooth technology to CNC system,the real-time process of NC machining,the Bluetooth wireless supervising and controlling were achieved.A conception on the CNC system was put forward which possesses the character of real-time and maintenance,and a material appliance was implemented.
