摘要
对来源于鹿、牛和鼠的狂犬病病毒 ( RV)野毒株 82 0 2、BRV、MRV的 G基因 4 0 5~ 1 1 4 6位核苷酸序列进行了 RT-PCR扩增、克隆和序列测定 ,并应用计算机软件对这 3个毒株的测定序列和人源株 CGX89的相应序列进行了分析比较。结果表明 ,这 4个不同来源 RV的 G基因主要功能区的分子差异较大 ,4个野毒株的糖基化位点和主要诱导中和抗体产生的抗原决定簇内某些氨基酸亦不同 ,这些差异将影响它们的抗原性和毒性。研究结果证明 ,在我国流行的 RV野毒株中存在亲缘关系较远的毒株 ,其野毒株
The main regions (405 1 146 nt) in the glycoprotein(G) gene of 8202,BRV and MRV,isolated from deer,cattle and mouse in China respectively,of rabies virus was amplified by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR),cloned and sequenced.Their cDNA sequences differed greatly by the three nucleotides sequences with alike sequence of CGX89 strain isolated from human.Some amino acids in main antigen sites and potential glycosylation sites of them were different.The results showed that the four strains are distant relatives and their differences may be affect the protective function of rabies vaccine.
