摘要
以敦煌研究院在保护莫高窟、新疆、西藏等地古代壁画中使用的ZB-SE-3A纯丙乳液为研究对象,测定了乳液的固含量、黏度、表面张力、最低成膜温度、相对分子质量、玻璃化温度和粒径,用红外光谱表征了乳液的结构,观察了乳液乳胶粒子在透射电镜下的微观形态和乳液与壁画试块作用后在扫描电镜下的微观形貌。
This article has described the study on pure acrylic emulsion ZB-SE-3A used as a kind of material commonly used for mural paintings conservation in Mogao grottoes, Xin- jiang and Tibet, etc. The solid content, viscosity, surface tension, minimum film forming tem- perature (MFFT) , molecular weight, glass transition temperature and particle size of the e- mulsion were measured. The structure of the film cast from the emulsion was characterized by ATR-FTIR. The morphological structure of the latex particle was analyzed by TEM, and the morphology of the samples treated and untreated with the emulsion were observed by SEM.
