摘要
综述了SiO_2改性丙烯酸酯树脂涂料的研究进展,包括共混法、溶胶-凝胶法、原位聚合法以及原位生成法等改性方法,阐述了每种改性方法的优缺点。积极探索和研究放大生产过程中影响丙烯酸酯树脂/SiO_2复合材料的稳定性及其性能的因素,优化制备工艺参数和配方,完善产品的检测方法和制订产品的技术标准将成为SiO_2改性丙烯酸酯树脂涂料的研究方向。
This paper reviewed the methods for modifying acrylic resin paints with silicon dioxide, involving the process of blending, sol-gel, in-situ polymerization and in-situ generation. The relative merits of each modification technology were elaborated. The current research direction in modification of acrylic resins with silicon dioxide targets actively investigating the factors influencing stability and physical and mechanical properties of the acrylic resin/SiO2 composite during the course of enlarged production, optimizing process parameters and recipe, improving test methods and stipulating for technical standard of the products.
