摘要 研究了 3个大豆品种在硼钼胁迫下 4个生育期 ( V5,R1,R3 ,R7)叶片硝酸还原酶活力和硝态氮含量的变化 .结果表明 :硼钼胁迫将抑制大豆叶片硝酸还原酶活性 ,增加硝态氮含量 ;大豆 3个品种之间存在基因型差异 ;硝态氮含量与硝酸还原酶活力处于动态平衡 . WT5”BZ]The effects of the stress of boron and molybdenum on NR activity and contents of nitrate N in leaves of three soybean varieties in four growth stages (V 5, R 1, R 3, R 7 ) were studied. The results showed that nitrate reductase activity was reduced and contents of nitrate N were increased in the stress of boron and molybdenum. Furthermore, three soybean varieties had some genetic variation and the relationship between NR activity and contents of nitrate N was in dynamic balance. [WT5”HZ]
