摘要
采用不同浓度(0、5、10、30、50、100 mg/L)的铅溶液,用砂培法探讨其对玉米萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:铅对玉米种子的萌发、幼苗的生长有较明显的抑制作用;同时,随着铅浓度的增加,玉米幼苗内叶绿素、可溶性糖的含量明显减少,根系活力逐渐降低,硝酸还原酶活力降低,但脯氨酸累积量增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量上升,可溶性蛋白含量增加,这可能与玉米幼苗在铅胁迫下的抗性作用有关。
In this study we used sand culture method to deal with the effect of lead pollution on corn seed germination and seedling growth.The corns have been treated with Pb at: 0(ck),5,10,30,50,100 mg/L concentration,the results have showed that the inhibition of lead on seed germination and seedling growth are visible.In the same time,with the increase of lead concentration,chlorophyll content in seedlings and soluble sugar content are obviously decreased,root activity is gradually reduced and nitrate reductase activity is reduced.However,the cumulation in proline,malondialdehyde(MDA) content and soluble protein content are increased,which may be related to the resistance role of corn seedlings under lead stress.
