摘要
目的通过时就诊患者对社区医疗卫生服务中心的需求分析,为提高社区医疗卫生水平、完善社区卫生服务提供依据。方法对沈阳市9个社区医疗卫生服务中心就诊患者进行整群抽样调查,用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果患者对社区卫生服务中心的主要需求项目是疾病治疗(25.6%)、健康咨询(19.9%)和预防保健(18.7%);对其所提供的技术水平,治疗效果、预防保健服务、医护态度、服务满足需要程度和就诊放心度的总体满意度分别为85.4%、83.5%、67.7%、92.7%、82.9%和82.8%。在调查的9个社区卫生服务中心的治疗效果、提供预防保健服务情况、提供服务满足需要程度、就诊放心度方面有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。而在技术水平、医护态度方面差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论患者对社区卫生服务中心的主要需求项目是疾病治疗、健康咨询和预防保健;应大力发展社区卫生服务中心常见疾病的治疗,同时加强对社区居民的健康宣传教育,提高社区居民卫生预防保健知识。
OBJECTIVE To analysis the demands of patients of the Community Health Service Center for health care, and to provide the basis for improvement of community health care. METHODS The patients of 9 Community Health Service Centers in Shenyang were randomly recruited in this study on the cluster sampling survey. RESULTS The main demands of patients for community health service center were treatment of disease(25.6%),health inquiry(19.9%), preventive and health care(18.7%) and the satisfaction status were 85.4%(skills), 83.5%(therapeutic effect), 67.7%(preventive and health care service), 92.7%(heahh care attitude), 82.9%(satisfaction degree) and 82.8%(trust degree)respectively. The therapeutic effect, preventive and health care service, satisfaction degree and trust degree of 9 Community Health Service Centers was statistically significant(P〈0.05)but the skills and health care attitude have none statistical significance. CONCLUSION The main demands of patients for community health service center were treatment of disease, health inquiry and preventive and health care. The treatment of common diseases should be vigorously developed and health education should be provided to improve the preventive and health care consciousness of community residents
