摘要
综述了国内外涂料技术的研究现状,包括:利用新的树脂合成方法获得新的成膜物,引入无机纳米粒子改进涂层的性能,构建表面微纳结构以获得功能涂层,应用UV固化超支化聚氨酯技术,选用优质的天然草本植物作为主要成膜物等;提出了涂料技术的发展趋势,包括:环保健康化、普材高性化和功能多样化等。
This paper reviewed the research status of coatings technology at home and abroad, including: new method to obtain new film-forming material with synthetic resin, the introduction of inorganic nanoparticles to modify coating performance, build surface micro-nano structures for functional coating, application of UV- curable hyperbranched polyurethane technology, high quality natural herbs as the main film-forming material. The development trends of coatings technology were proposed, including: environmental-protection and health, universal material with high performance and functionaX diversification etc.
