摘要
新型复合涂料由表层涂料和底层涂料两部分组成,表层涂料以硅藻土为主,底层涂料以锆英粉为主,分别研究了表层涂料和底层涂料的配方,通过涂料性能测试和浇注试验表明:新型金属型复合涂料的绝热性能和其他性能良好,可以用于金属型铸造生产铁素体>90%的球墨铸铁铸件,同时提高了金属型的使用寿命。
The new adiabatic composite coating is composed of surface coating and priming coating. The main raw material of surface coating is diatomite and that of priming coating is zircon powder. The formulas of the surface and priming coating were studied separately in this paper. The results show that the adiabatic and other properties of the coating were good and the coating could be used on the metal mold to cast the ferritic nodular cast iron (ferrite%〉90%) . Furthermore the using life of the metal mold was improved.
