摘要
瞬时液相扩散焊具有焊接温度低,连接构件尺寸精度高,残余应力小和接头强度高等优点,被越来越广泛的应用于焊接领域。本文介绍了一种利用瞬时液相扩散焊来维修油气管道的方法,进行了可行性分析,设计了瞬时液相扩散焊机,其主要由装夹机构、加热系统、气体保护系统、加压机构和控制系统等组成,并对每个系统作了详细的介绍。该焊机结构简单,操作方便,具有较高的市场应用价值。
Transient liquid phase diffusion bonding is more and more widely used in the welding filed, which has many advantages such as low welding temperature, high dimensional accuracy of the connecting member, small residual stress and high joint strength. An oil-gas pipeline maintenance scheme by using the transient liquid phase diffusion bonding was pres- ented in the paper. Moreover, a feasibility analysis was undertaken and a liquid phase diffusion welding machine was de- signed. The main structure includes clamping structure, heating and gas protection system,pressurized system and control system, each system was given a detailed introduction. The welding machine with simple structure and convenient operation has higher market promoting values.
