摘要
综合考虑传动齿轮副的横向振动、纵向振动和系统扭转振动的耦合作用,利用集中参数法,建立某数控镗铣床主变速箱传动系统的弯-扭-轴-摆耦合动力学分析模型。应用MATLAB软件,计算了在考虑时变啮合刚度激励和误差激励下,数控铣床主变速箱传动系统的动态响应。
A dynamic model of bending-tensional-axial-swing coupled motion for a main spindle gearbox was developed, in which, time-varying stiffness and error were considered. MATLAB software was used to calculate the dynamic response of gearbox. Experiment was conducted to verify the theoretical analysis, which showed the gearbox was in an excellent per- formance.
