摘要
针对三坐标数控铣床的进给传动系统,在经过适当简化的基础上建立其动力学模型,并采用模态实验分析方法结合有限元分析方法对进给系统部分动力学参数进行识别,对日后建立精确的整个XK717铣床进给系统的动力学模型提供依据。
This paper builds dynamics model of the XK717 milling machine three coordinate feed system under proper simplification, and this paper uses mode experiments analysis and infinite element analysis to identify the XK717 numerical control milling machine feeding servo system lead - screw and nut's joint elasticity and damp key, as a base of building of the precise model in the future.
