摘要
弧面凸轮机械手在工业自动化领域应用非常广泛,主要用于完成工件的位移抓取。抓取的角度范围是机械手的主要技术指标,受到设计方法和加工机床主轴摆角的限制,通常对于抓取范围<60°时,采用单滚子即可实现;对于抓取范围>60°时,需要采用2个以上滚子来实现,这样会使凸轮产生薄脊问题。本文针对这一问题进行了较为深入的研究,设计出单滚子实现90°摆角输出的新型弧面凸轮机械手,较好地解决了单滚子大摆角的问题。
The cambered surface cam mechanical hand has been widely spread in the field of industrial automation, it is mainly used in completing the picking pieces. The picking angle scope is manipulator's major technique target, and usually received the limit of the design method and the processing engine bed' s main axle pivot angle, the picking angle scope is smaller than 60° (single roller), regarding to the angle bigger than 60°, the pivot angle need two above rollers for realiza- tion, but this will cause the cam to have the thin keel question. This dissertation has conducted more thorough research in view of this question, so new cambered surface cam mechanical hand of the single roller was designed to realize 90° the pivot angle output, good solution on the question of single roller great pivot angle.
