摘要
采用Pro/Program模块对Pro/E进行二次开发,实现了产品整机模型的结构参数化设计。大大地简化了产品设计的过程,提高了设计效率和设计质量。作为应用实例,对弧面凸轮机械手产品进行了研究。通过对产品装配模型中原始结构设计参数的重新赋值,利用参数关联和传递的驱动机制,自动生成满足产品设计要求的三维参数化结构模型,快速地完成的产品的变形设计。
Three-dimensional Parameterized design of assembly was realized through the secondary development of Pro/E by using Pro/Program. By using this technology, the product design process can be simplified greatly, and the efficiency and quality of design will be greatly improved. As an application example, the products of globoid cam handler were researched. By renewing value of original structural design parameter of the assembly model of product, and using the driving mechanism of the parameter relationship and transmission. The system will produce conforms to the request new product automatically and complete variation design of series product rapidly.
