摘要
[目的]评价艾条灸法对混合痔术后病人焦虑与舒适状况的影响。[方法]采用随机数字表法将170例混合痔手术病人分为两组,每组85例。对照组采用临床常规护理方法,治疗组在常规护理基础上加艾条灸法。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Kolcaba的舒适状况量表(GCQ)对两组混合痔病人手术前后焦虑和舒适状况进行测试比较。[结果]治疗组干预前后SAS总分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.11,P<0.05)。两组干预后SAS总分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.15,P<0.05);GCQ总分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.059,P<0.05),其中生理维度评分比较和心理维度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.871/3.215,P<0.05)。治疗组干预前后GCQ总分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.61,P<0.05),其中生理维度评分比较和心理维度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.85/4.54,P<0.05)。[结论]基础护理加艾条灸法能有效减轻混合痔手术病人的焦虑和提高舒适状况。
Objective： To evaluate the influence of moxa stick moxibustion on postoperative anxiety and comfort conditions of patients with mixed hemorrhoid. Methods： A total of 170 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients undergoing operation were randomly divided into control group and treat- ment group, 85 cases in each. The.patients in experimental group received both the routine nursing care and moxa stick moxibustion. The patients in control group received the routine nursing care only. Anxiety and comfort conditions of two groups of patients were tested by using SAS scale and GCQ scale respectively before and after operation. Results：In the treatment group, the total score of SAS was lower after moxa stick moxibustion than that before moxibustion （t = 4. 11, P（0.05） ; after moxa stick moxibus- tion,the total score of SAS was lower in treatment group than that in con- trol group;the total score of GCQ was higher in experimental group after moxa stick moxibustion than that of control group （t= 2. 059,P〈0.05） ;and there was statistically significant difference in GCQ score between physiological dimension score and psychological dimension score（t=5. 781/3. 215,P〈0. 05）; the difference in GCQ scores was statistically significant after intervention in the treatment group（t=5.61 ,P〈0.05） ,which compared with the phys- iological and psychological dimensions score,the difference was statistically significant（t = 4. 85/4. 54, P%0. 05）. Conclusion. Basic care plus moxa stick moxibustion can effectively reduce anxiety in mixed hemorrhoid pa- tients undergoing surgery and improve their comfort conditions.
