摘要
采用酮肼(DAAM-ADH)和有机硅单体A-171为交联体系,以苯乙烯(St))、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为主要单体原料,采用氧化还原引发体系,采用乳液聚合方法合成了一种自交联型阳离子苯丙乳液纸张表面施胶剂;通过对纸张施胶度和环压指数的测定,得出当乳化剂用量占单体总量的3%,m(St):m(BA)=3:1,DAAM-ADH用量占单体总量的3%,有机硅用量占单体总量的2%时,制备的阳离子表面施胶剂使纸张的施胶度从24秒提高到60秒,环压指数从5.1 N·m·g-1提高到8.6 N·m·g-1,施胶效果显著。
self-crosslinking cationic acrylic emulsion of surface sizing agent was synthesized by emulsion polymerization with redox initiator system used ketone hydrazine (DAAM-ADH) and organic silicone as crosslinking system and styrene (St), butyl acrylate (BA) and methacryloyloxy ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) as main monomers. With paper sizing degree and central pressure crush index test, the paper sizing degree was improved from 20s to 60s and the central pressure crush index was improved from 5.1 N .m.g-1 to 8.6 N .m.g-1 when the amount of the emulsifier was 3%, the amount of DAAM-ADHA was 3%, the amount of organic silicane was 3% of the total momoner respectively, and the proportion of styrene and butyl acrylate was 3 simultaneously. The prepared paper sizing agents have good sizing properties.
