摘要 本实验采用半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,以OP-10为非离子乳化剂、SDS为阴离子乳化剂,以丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯酯为主要单体,丙烯酸为功能单体,在过硫酸铵为引发剂的情况下合成聚丙烯酸酯类乳液。探讨了乳液聚合的影响因素,并通过正交试验分析得出优化条件:复合乳化剂用量为4%,m(BA)∶m(VAc)为60∶35,m(SDS)∶m(OP-10)为1∶1,(NH4)2S2O8用量为0.5%,并对优化条件下乳液的相对分子量进行了GPC测定,浆内施胶后,对纸张性能的改善进行了分析。 Polyacrylate emulsion has been prepared with semi-continuous seeding emulsion polymerization with OP- 10 as non-ionic emulsifier, SDS as the anion emulsifier, butyl acrylate(BA) and vinyl acetate( VAe) as main monomer, acrylic acid as functional monomer, ammonium persulfate as the initiator. The best synthetical method was found by one group of orthogonal experiments, and the affected sequences of all kinds of factors on productivity were found. Under optimum conditions, the relative molecular weight of the emulsion was tested by GPC . With the internal sizing agent, improvement of the paper properties was analysed.
