摘要
以 1,3 二溴 5,5 二甲基海因 醋酸汞〔简称DBDMH -Hg(OAC) 2 〕作重排试剂 ,使苯甲酰胺进行Hofmann重排反应 ,生成少一碳原子的伯胺 ,经酯化制得苯氨基甲酸异丙酯 ,其反应操作简便、条件温和 ,且产率较高 ,为合成苯氨基甲酸酯类化合物提供了新的途径。
DBDMH Hg(OAC) 2 CH 3CN is a new reagent for Hofmann rearrangement.This paper has related the outstanding of the new reagent in preparing the important drug and agricultural pesticide intermediate carbamic acid iso-propyl ester,and confirmed the new reagent was an excellent one.
