摘要
诸多研究课题在实验过程中需要实时地将多个仪器仪表的测量数据采集到计算机,以进行分析研究。一些仪器仪表虽然可向外提供模拟电压和电流信号,但是计算机不能直接采集,满足不了要求。为此,设计了以AD7705为模数转换芯片,单片机ATmega 32为控制中心的可编址串行模拟量采集板卡,开发了硬件电路以及驱动软件,解决了AD7705在实践应用中遇到一些问题。板卡通过RS232连接计算机完成对仪表模拟信号的采集,经现场应用表明,采集板卡应用灵活、采样精度高、抗干扰能力强,结合相应的仪表可以设计出综合的参数测量系统。
Many research projects require real-time collected the course of data of multiple measurement in- struments to the computer,and then analyzed and study.Although many instruments can provide out analog voltage and current signals, but the computer can not directly acquisition, cannot meet requirements of scientific experiments.Therefore,it has designed serial analog acquisition board,the AD7705 for front-end acquisition chip and the microcontroller ATmega 32,as the control center,given hardware circuit and the driver proce- dures,pointed out that the AD7705 should pay attention to some problems in practice.The analog signal can picked to computer through the RS232 of acquisition board.After online testing has shown that the acquisition boards is flexible, acquisition of high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, combination of instruments can design a comprehensive measurement system.
