摘要
利用虚拟仪器技术构建了齿轮箱加载试验参数测量系统。采用软件算法实现了相位差的过零检测,通过相位差实现了对齿轮箱加载试验中的转速、转矩、功率等参数的采集、分析、显示、存储等功能,满足了设计的要求。
This paper puts forward a project about using virtual instrument technology to measure parameters of gearbox loading test.The software algorithm is used to achieve zero-crossing detection of the phase difference.The speed,torque,power and other parameters are collected by analyzing the phase difference.In addition,the system has display,storage and other functions,and which can satisfy requirement of design.
