摘要
用不同生根剂处理大果榉嫩枝插穗后,对插穗长出的新叶进行光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度4个指标的测定,并分析了各指标的日变化规律。结果表明:不同生根剂处理后大果榉蒸腾速率、气孔导度的变化规律基本与净光合速率一致,均呈双峰曲线,有明显的"午休"现象,峰值分别出现在10:00和14:00,其中,ABT 1号处理峰值最高;胞间CO2浓度的日变化规律与净光合速率的相反且呈单峰型;各处理大果榉胞间CO2浓度均小于对照的,其中,ABT 1号生根粉处理变化趋势最小,峰值也最低。本试验为大果榉生理研究提供了一定的理论参考。
Some indexes were measured, for example net photosynthetic rate, stomata conductance, intercennlar CO2 concentration, transpiration rate and so on, after different rooting agent treatments on the soft-wood cuttings of Zelkova sinica Schneid, and diurnal variation of these indexes were analyzed. The result showed that after different rooting agents treatment on Zelkova sinica Schneid, transpiration rate, stomata conductance and net photosynthetic rate had the same bimodal curve with a clear "midday depression" that the peak appeared at 10:00 and 14:00. The peak was the highest with the tresment of ABT 1. Intercellular CO2 concentration and net photosynthetic rate change was contrary and showed a single peak. Zelkova sinica intercellular CO2 concentration was less than the control, and the trend of the treatment of ABT 1 was the least and had the lowest peak. It provided theoretical basis for photosynthetic study of Zelkova sinica Schneid.
