摘要
透明高抗冲聚苯乙烯 (THIPS)树脂是一种市场前景较好的新型树脂 ,本文对THIPS树脂的制备原理和研究开发进展进行了介绍和评述 ,比较了共混法和共聚法两种制备工艺 ,认为共聚工艺是一种较好的生产工艺 ,同时讨论了共聚工艺中两种影响产品透明性和强度主要的因素基体树脂和橡胶。
Transparent high impact polystyrene(THIPS)is one of new resins with bright market prospects.The recent development in production of THIPS was reviewed with 16 references from principle and characteristics.The two processes of producing THIPS,blending and grafting copolymerization,were compared and the grafting copolymerization process was regarded as a better process.Two main factors affecting transparency and toughness of the resin in the grafting copolymerization process were discussed.
