摘要
分别采用钛酸酯偶联剂NDE311、硅烷偶联剂KH550处理氢氧化镁[Mg(OH)2],将偶联Mg(OH)2与微胶囊化红磷复配无卤阻燃高抗冲聚苯乙烯树脂(HIPS)。比较添加偶联剂前后Mg(OH)2无卤阻燃HIPS的综合性能,发现偶联改性可改善材料的阻燃性能、弯曲性能;比较不同偶联剂处理Mg(OH)2的无卤阻燃HIPS的综合性能,发现经KH550偶联剂处理后的材料综合性能较好。
The non-halogen flame retardant HIPS was modified by the collaborative flame retardant sys- tem of red phosphorus and magnesium hydroxide modified, which the magnesium hydroxide powder was modi- fied by silane coupling agent KH550 and titanate coupling agent NDE311. Comparing the performance of non- halogen flame retardant HIPS adding coupling Mg(OH) 2 with that of the uncoupling, the results showed that former had performed better on flame retardancy and bending property. Comparing the performance of non- halogen flame retardant HIPS by adding different coupling Mg(OH) 2 found that the comprehensive properties of material adding Mg(OH) 2 by silane coupling agent were better.
