摘要
面向装配的设计评价为从装配角度确定产品设计的质量提供了一种系统方法 ,它主要研究各种产品设计因素对装配难度的影响 ,而零件对称性是影响产品零件装配操作难度的主要因素。为克服以往DFA评价中零件对称性人工识别的缺陷 ,提高评价的自动化程度 ,提出了基于零件CAD几何特征模型的零件对称性自动识别方法 ;将零件的对称性分解为零件组成表面特征点的对称性加以讨论 ,通过特征点的属性匹配确定零件对称性。最后 。
DFA(Design for Assembly)Evaluation provides a systema tic method to d etermine the design quality of products from the assembly point of view, and it mainly research about the design factors' effect on the ease of product assembly . The part rotational symmetry is one of the most important factors to affect th e ease of assembly. In order to overcome the defects of manual identification of part rotational symmetry, an automatic method of part rotational symmetry ident ification is proposed based on parts' CAD geometric feature model. Finally, an e xample is presented to verify the method.
