摘要
在论述我国供应链企业间合作关系现状的基础上 ,从委托 -代理理论的角度指出了存在的问题 ,分析了产生问题的原因 ,并对如何提高企业间合作关系水平作出了探讨。
On the basis of relating present situation of coopera tion among the Chinese supply chain corporations, this paper points out the existing problems and analyses the reasons of emerging the probl ems from the point of view of principal-agent theory. Finally, how to improve t he cooperation among the corporations is discussed.
