摘要
工业化与现代化的不断发展促使社会中个人或群体的社会地位具有流动的性质,成人是社会流动的主要参与者,成人的学习行为已成为适应社会流动而不断调整自身的一种行为选择。在分析流动社会中成人学习特点的基础上,探讨社会流动中促进成人学习的具体途径。
The continuous development of industrialization and modernization prompted the social status of individuals or groups in the community has the nature of flow, adult is the main participants in social mobility and their learning behavior has become a kind of behavior choice to adapt to social mobility and constantly adjust their own. This paper study on the specific strategies to promote adult learning in social mobility, based on the analysis of the characteristics of adult learning in mobility society.
