摘要
卓越法律人才教育培养计划的实施,意味着我国法律人才培养面临着重大变革。如何从高校卓越法律人才培养理念、目标的确定,培养模式的改革等方面着手,探索一套适合各高校改革的卓越法律人才培养体系,以培养满足社会需求的高层次法律人才,具有十分重要的意义。
