摘要
针对当前农业科技成果转化的瓶颈,福建省农科院水稻研究所依托自身科研优势、人才优势、技术优势、基地优势,从激励机制政策的出台、科研项目的选题、科企联合、专利的保护、"双百"行动等几方面采取一系列相应措施,拓展了应用性较强的水稻遗传育种研究成果转化的模式。
Rice Research Institute, Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences depended on scientific research, talent, technology, bases to solve the difficuh problem of the transformation of agricultural scientific achievements, and it took a series of relevant measures, such as encouraging the policy come out, selecting appropriate projects, cooperating with the scientific enterprise, protecting the patents and ＇Double hundred＇ action, to develop research achievements＇ transformational mode of the better applied rice.
