摘要
目的:探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血中巨噬细胞炎性蛋白1α(MIP-1α)的水平上调与血浆纤维蛋白原含量的相关性。方法:选取冠心病患者94例,其中稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组39例,ACS组55例;非冠心病患者51例作为对照组,用ELISA方法检测患者血清中MIP-1α水平。结果:对照组中MIP-1α水平显著低于ACS组(P=0.000),亦低于SAP组(P=0.013),ACS组与SAP组相比,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);对照组中纤维蛋白原显著低于ACS组(P=0.000),亦低于SAP组(P=0.006),ACS组与SAP组相比,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017);冠心病患者血清MIP-1α水平与血浆纤维蛋白原含量呈正相关(r=0.186,P=0.025)。结论:血清中MIP-1α水平变化,反映动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定程度。
Objective：To study the relationship between macrophage inflammatory protein-1α and plasma fibrinogen in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Method：The 94 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups：39 patients with stable angina in SAP group,55patients with ACS in ACS group. 51patients with non-coronary heart disease were as control group.The macrophage inflammatory protein-1α（MIP-1α）was measured by ELISA.Result：The MIP-1α levels in control group were lower than that in ACS group（P=0.000）,and also lower than that in SAP group（P=0.013）.Compared with SAP group,the MIP-1α levels in ACS group were obviously increased（P=0.002）.The fibrinogen levels in control group were lower than that in ACS group（P=0.000）,and also lower than that in the SAP group（P=0.006）.Compared with the SAP group,the fibrinogen levels in the ACS group were obviously increased（P=0.017）.Pearson correlative analysis showed that the MIP-1α level had positive correlation with the plasma fibrinogen（r=0.186,P=0.025）.Conclusion：The MIP-1α is one of indexes which reflected degree of plaque stability in the atherosclerosis.
