摘要
目的:探讨清热化痰法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法:将60例CVA患者随机分为两组:对照组和治疗组,均给予抗炎药物,治疗组加用清热化痰药物,观察时间为1月;比较两组临床疗效、肺功能、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1a(MIP-1a)、IgE、IL-4水平的影响。结果:治疗组用药后与对照组用药后比较,临床疗效、FEV1、FEV1/FVC明显升高,PEF变异率、MIP-1a、IgE、IL-4明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热化痰法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘能够有效的改善患者症状,提高患者肺功能,抑制MIP-1a、IgE、IL-4过度表达。
Objective： To probe the clinical effects of heat-clearing and phlegm-removing method in the treatment of cough variant asthma（CVA）.Methods： 60 patients with CVA were randomly divided into two groups： control group and treatment group.Two groups were given anti-inflammatory drugs,the treatment group were given additional heat-clearing and phlegm-removing drugs,the observation time was 1 month.The clinical effects,pulmonary function,giant macrophage inflammatory protein-1a（MIP-1a）,IgE,IL-4 levels of two groups were compared.Results： Compared with the control group,the clinical effect,FEV1,FEV1/FVC of the treatment group were significantly increased after the treatment,and PEF variation rate,MIP-1a,IgE,IL-4 were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The heat-clearing and phlegm-removing method can effectively improve the symptoms,improve the lung functions,inhibit the over expression of MIP-1a,IgE,IL-4 of patients with cough variant asthma.
