摘要
神经母细胞瘤（neuroblastoma，NB）是小儿最常见的颅外实体肿瘤之一，临床表现多样化，恶性程度高，预后差，神经母细胞瘤的预后评价和治疗一直是困扰小儿外科的一大难题，但是同时我们可以看到神经母细胞瘤4S的相当一部分婴幼儿（多小于3月龄）有一个独特的生物学现象，
