2.3ATA纯氧暴露不同时间大鼠肺组织中PKC表达的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察蛋白激酶C(PKC)δ在肺型氧中毒中的表达及活性变化,探讨其作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为5组(n=6):对照组、2.3ATA纯氧暴露2、6、10 h组和常氧高分压氮气组。经实验处理过的大鼠处死,取肺组织进行Western blot分析,观察肺组织中PKCδ及其活性形式p-PKCδ含量。结果:各组PKCδ表达无明显区别;2.3 ATA纯氧暴露2 h组大鼠肺组织pPKCδ有所降低;6 h组大鼠肺组织p-PKCδ明显降低;10 h组大鼠肺组织p-PKCδ有所恢复;常氧高分压氮气组肺组织p-PKCδ无明显改变。结论:p-PKCδ参与到肺型氧中毒的发病过程。
