摘要
人力资源管理专业复合型人才培养需要复合型师资，复合型师资建设是高校人力资源管理专业教育发展的重要途径。人力资源管理专业复合型师资的素质包括多学科融合的知识，理论讲授与实践操作相辅相成的能力、教育工作者与企业管理者兼得的态度。高校可以通过不拘一格选用专业教师，鼓励教师向复合型教师发展、优化师资整体结构三个途径建设人力资源管理专业复合型师资。
The cultivation of compound HRM graduates requires compound teaching staff;the construction of compound teaching staff is an important approach of HRM professional education development.The quality of HRM compound teachers includes the knowledge of multi-disciplinary integration,the complementary skills in theoretical teaching and practical operation, the attitude as educators and managers.The construction approaches of compound teaching staff of HRM in universities include following respects：selecting and appointing professional teachers without limitation,encouraging the development to the compound teachers and optimizing the overall structure of teaching staff.
