摘要
人力资源管理专业复合型人才培养需要复合型师资,复合型师资建设是高校人力资源管理专业教育发展的重要途径。人力资源管理专业复合型师资的素质包括多学科融合的知识,理论讲授与实践操作相辅相成的能力、教育工作者与企业管理者兼得的态度。高校可以通过不拘一格选用专业教师,鼓励教师向复合型教师发展、优化师资整体结构三个途径建设人力资源管理专业复合型师资。
The cultivation of compound HRM graduates requires compound teaching staff;the construction of compound teaching staff is an important approach of HRM professional education development.The quality of HRM compound teachers includes the knowledge of multi-disciplinary integration,the complementary skills in theoretical teaching and practical operation, the attitude as educators and managers.The construction approaches of compound teaching staff of HRM in universities include following respects:selecting and appointing professional teachers without limitation,encouraging the development to the compound teachers and optimizing the overall structure of teaching staff.
